Confirm Rental Period

Swap Up Art will notify you (the artist) when a rental request occurs. Please confirm the availability of the artwork during the rental period and also keep note of logistics (packing/ transporting time).

Attach Shipping Label

Once the availability of the artwork is confirmed, Swap Up Art will send you a shipping label to attach on the exterior of the packing box along with a pick up time frame for the artwork to be picked up by USPS.

Note: Please carefully pack the artwork to avoid possible damages during transit. Have the shipping label attached on the exterior of the packing box.

Drop-off or Schedule a Pick-up

You may drop off the artwork at any USPS or USPS authorized location or have USPS pick up the package from you.

Notification for Delivery Date

Swap Up Art will notify you with the expected delivery date for your returning artwork.


Once you received the returned artwork, please double check if there are any damages. If the artwork is in perfect condition, it will automatically restock on the website.

**In case of damages, please take pictures of the artwork and its damaged area. Report back to us via email (tracy@swapupart.com), and we will begin an investigation.
